Diesel LPG Injection Processor Kit for both Common Rail, and non Common Rail Diesel Engines, and Stationary engines. 

Overview……

  • Kit can be fitted to newer style Common Rail Technology and older style mechanical Diesel Systems for increased power, better fuel economy and lower emissions.
  • The new intelligent LPG Injection delivery system supplies enriched mixtures and calorific values in the same time frames with the normal Diesel ECU fuel control on Common Rail or Tachometric Output.
  • Does not disturb the original closed loop operations of the original Diesel master ECU.
  • Easy installation with a reduced number of modifications to the original OEM Hardware/Loom.
  • No mapping of variables.
  • This process will lead to a substantial increase in performance and genuine savings in fuel consumption.
  • Enables non Common Rail (ECU Controlled) older style Mechanical Diesel systems to benefit from Injection principle using Peel’s patented Sensor, attached to the Alternator for RPM/Load sensing i.e. no need for Tacho pickup
  • Also, Tacho Input (i.e. 5V , 12V, Square wave) also available for constant speed engines or Mechanical Diesel Vehicles.

Gauge will detect if an AUX Battery is connected during installation (No AUX Battery = skips 2nd Press function)

Ideal for running with aftermarket sub tanks/long range fuel tanks in 4wd’s, Trucks, Buses or Water Craft. This 0 – 90 Ohm, accurate 7 bar led indication

Fuel gauge incorporates, 1 red, 1 orange and 5 green led’s.

The light dimmer dims the led’s for night driving. This On/Off Switch Gauge is fitted into a flush mount panel suitable for all major vehicle makes/models.

CP420 – Battery Level Indicator

Indicates Battery Voltage via an accurate 7 bar Led display. Incorporates a switch to enable monitoring of both the Main and Auxiliary Battery, therefore avoiding being stuck with a flat cranking battery or over discharging the auxiliary Batt. Incorporates 2 red, 2 orange and 3 green led’s giving an indication of and over approx. 10.0, 10.6, 11.1, 11.5, 12.0, 12.3 & 12.6Volts. Suits all major vehicle makes/models, fitting into the existing dash allocations, as well as universal panels.

Suited for the Headlight Upgrade kits using Halogen Low beam & HID High beam. This unit eliminates the 2-5 seconds of dull headlights experienced when changing from low to high beam (ie. The HID globes take a few seconds to light up). The CP6D recognizes when the high beams are switched on and continues the give power to the low beams for approx 4-5 seconds.

CP6 – Suitable for Thermo Fan override when fitting switch to turn fans off during water crossings. Eliminates possibility of forgetting to switch fans on again and overheating engine.
